Planned on fasting all week. Id probably loose like.. 10 pounds or more.
I want to loose 20 pounds, i would be like 80, and that would be amazing!
anyways, so i didnt eat anything all day
then mom came home with salsa and chips
so i had some.
probably like 300 cals. WTF.
i need to go exercise.

ive decided to create a food journal on here instead of in an acutal journal because im scared that someone will find it.

so today i ate:
rice crispy trea: 90 cals
5 perogi: wtf i can only imagine. calorie king says 200 per 5 pieces, not so sure thats true.
1/4 candy cane?: probably around 15 cals.
so that would be 305
but im going to say probably around 400 cals, im almost positive the perogi are more than 200 cals.
thats all im allowing myself today.
