    <content type="html">Planned on fasting all week. Id probably loose like.. 10 pounds or more.&lt;br /&gt;I want to loose 20 pounds, i would be like 80, and that would be amazing!&lt;br /&gt;anyways, so i didnt eat anything all day&lt;br /&gt;then mom came home with salsa and chips&lt;br /&gt;so i had some.&lt;br /&gt;probably like 300 cals. WTF. &lt;br /&gt;i need to go exercise.</content>

    <content type="html">ive decided to create a food journal on here instead of in an acutal journal because im scared that someone will find it.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;so today i ate:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;rice crispy trea: 90 cals&lt;br /&gt;5 perogi: wtf i can only imagine. calorie king says 200 per 5 pieces, not so sure thats true.&lt;br /&gt;1/4 candy cane?: probably around 15 cals.&lt;br /&gt;so that would be 305&lt;br /&gt;but im going to say probably around 400 cals, im almost positive the perogi are more than 200 cals.&lt;br /&gt;thats all im allowing myself today.</content>
